"Spotlessly clean room and very comfortable, we stayed in one of the Deluxe Double rooms with a balcony and it was perfect. The owner was really helpful giving us a map and marking interesting things on it for us, the hotel itself is ideally situated within walking distance of much of the old town. We will defintely return there"

"Beautiful hotel with a great location to historical Palermo. Easy to walk to all sites. Our room had a nice view of the promenade along the sea. Dining menu is somewhat limited but delicious. Terrific staff. Highly recommend."

Premises are modern and immaculate. Staff try hard to make you feel at home. Lovely breakfast selection. Breakfast area available to visitors at all times to enjoy refreshments, a complimentary local liquor and read some of the tourist books available. We had a deluxe room with a safe, temperature control, fabulous bed and everything we needed.
We agreed it would be hard to identify any area for improvement. We would stay again. Giuseppe the proprietor cannot be more accommodating to...

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Our room looked out over the water and marina with Palermo in the background. Such a peaceful setting to enjoy your breakfast in the morning.

Giuseppe is the perfect host. A quietly spoken man who was keen to help. We arrived quite late and after enquiring about places to eat he not only recommended an interesting local restaurant, he offered to call them to arrange a booking. Perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Palazzo Pantaleo. Our room was elegant, very clean and spacious, monitored free parking in the courtyard gave us one thing less to deal with and the breakfast was more then...

Great for a short break, very central, spacious and clean, any longer I would
Prefer a room a little balcony or window that doesn’t back onto another building. Would definitely use again

A delightful and peaceful place to stay in the historic centre of Palermo. Really nice friendly welcome, very clean and spacious bedroom, and a good breakfast. And probably the best pizza pace in the city directly opposite!
We were catching a night ferry to Naples at the end of our stay, so not only did our hosts allow us to leave our luggage, they also invited us to relax in the residents' lounge until it was time to leave for the port, and ordered a taxi for us.
That's what I call...

This is a little gem in a perfect location in the heart of Palermo. Everything you’d want to see is at your doorstep. And yet you will not be bothered by any noise from the hustle and bustle because the accommodation is tucked away in a quiet street and the rooms are part of a grand old building with solid stone walls.
The two rooms, one with the kitchen, are large and comfortable. There are two bathrooms which is a bonus. Rosi is an excellent host. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful...

We only had one night at the hotel but Marco, the owner, could not do enough to make us feel welcome. He is obviously very proud of his business and of Palermo itself and ensured that we had everything we needed. The property is on a pedestrianised street and is a perfect location for walking the streets and sights of Palermo. On leaving we had unknowingly left some of our property in the room but Marco quickly phoned to say that he had found it. Overall an excellent service.

Great Staff and super location to get to all the sights Palermo has to offer. Easy access to the bus system and central station for trips such as to Cefalu or even Messina.
Great places to eat all around. Will go there again and can highly recommend.
