"The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Came from the train station. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant."

"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful...

"Good location near ferry terminal, and on direct bus route from train station. Site overlooks a small park. Rooms are a bit dated, but have character. Comfortable bed, A/C works, everything clean."

"The hotel was beautiful, staff very nice and courteous. The only problem no hair dryer for women, the one there was not to dry hair. Restaurant was very good, Enjoyed our stay there. "
