Staff very courteous and helpful. Room clean a bit in need of upgrade. Mattress hard. We had the green room. I couldn’t figure out from the pics before booking if there was an actual window as there were curtains. Yes there was a window but to an inner courtyard set up as a common room, so no access to outside. I prefer a window to outside as it felt claustrophobic. Otherwise convenient location, safe, easy checkin, quick response, excellent breakfast. Our room was quiet as it was located in the back. It suited our needs. Stayed 2 nights. Grazie

Beautiful building in a great location.

A beautiful building in a great location. Toms were a big on the small side but for a short stay they were more than adequate. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection of breads and pastries with piping hot tea and coffee. I’d definitely stay here again if back in Palermo. The only thing missing in the room was a couple more sockets.

Perfect.

Big confortable room. Super kind staff, they took the time to explain me what to see in Palermo and even gave me some pastries to receive me. The jacuzzi was a blast. Location is perfect for walking around downtown.

Mostly tourists staying in the hotel .Very safe . I loved the place and will come back . The WiFi was so so !! Double windows provided a sound proof room.

Would love to come back

I had a very nice stay. I had a problem with my luggage (airline lost it) and it did not arrive before the day after. Valentina was very helpfull with suggestions on how to get to the airport the easiest way and pick ot up. I would love to come back but will probably request a room that does not have windows against the busy street.

There is not a parking, which is different from the description. They introduced two parkings but one is unavailable and the other is extremely expensive. The room is good but the door of bathroom cannot be properly closed.
