"The location is awesome, lobby and conference areas are very nice and clean. Staff was great. Unfortunately my room had some gross things like sauces on the wall and garbage stuck to the outside of recycle bin etc. The worst part though was my room location. It was on a corner and the window was into someone else's balcony and the pool area. Literally if i opened my window i could have climbed into their balcony. They were out on it talking until midnight and i could hear every word. This was not clear when I was booking and I would stay at the hotel again but definitely not in one of those rooms."

"The location was great. Room and hotel clean. Wasn’t impressed with room configuration and linens on bed. Looked like they put wires size on a king bed. Barely enough covers and a bit chilly "

"You get what you pay for - moderate price for moderate accomidations. Busy long weekend , the hotel was sold out. But our room was quiet, clean bed was SOO comfy. Pool was tiny but gkids spent hours on the waterslide and had fun, it could have used a clean up . Breakfast room was tiny and packed, started out with 2 waffle makers, one broke so hug e lineups for the continental breakfast . People breathing and coughing all over the food, think thats where I caught the flu. They should use the huge restaurant area for breakfast ."

"The room was clean and looked great, we didn't get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as we slept in late, but we did enjoy the on site Smitty's. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and kind. The Smitty's restaurant was actually the second time we enjoyed breakfast there, first time at the hotel though. We actually booked our hotel here because of the Smitty's restaurant highly recommend!! So good and fast, and staff also very kind. Will stay at this hotel again. "

"Hotel is right across the street from the mall (not IN the mall). Quick walk to the mall. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Parking is included and had an extra lot around the corner if full. Coffee maker and mini fridge in the room as well."
