"The property is a bit run down looking, our shower was terrible, a drizzle of water came out. The continental breakfast was basically just toast, waffles and cereal, the juice was out, and the room was way too tiny for the amount of people going in and out of it. Otherwise it was fine, good enough but we likely won’t stay here again. "

"Room was blazing hot. Pillows and bed are garbage. Was missing facecloths and couldn’t reach front desk. Called multiple times, finally called outside line and someone answered. Waited 20 minutes for them to deliver, no one showed. Called again. "

"We stayed in 109, which is the first room off the lobby and also right next to the elevator/breakfast area. We anticipated noise, but it was actually quite nice! It got a tiny bit noisy around 8:30-9:00ish, when the breakfast area got quite busy, but otherwise we didn't notice any lobby or elevator noises - and even at that, it wasn't too much for us. It was also pretty convenient to hop over for breakfast (included!), or tea/coffee in the lobby (free!). I'd stay in this room again! Breakfast was pretty good! Scrambled eggs, potatoes (wedge style), sausages, bagels, yogurt, cereal, muffins, and a self-serve waffle station but it was quite busy. They didn't have ketchup, but I got the impression that they just ran out. Front desk staff: We interacted with one lovely lady, she was there for both our check-in and check-out and she was friendly and helpful. This hotel is close to West Edmonton Mall, and about a $15 uber to Rogers Place. "

"The front desk girl was all by herself at a very busy time. 6pm. She was carrying a huge stack of towels while there was a lineup at the check in desk. Everyone waiting was annoyed. She was obviously trying her best to do multiple jobs. It was a busy Saturday night so that’s the hotels fault not hers. The restaurant was the same. Busy Saturday night. One guy trying to handle everything. The phone in my room didn’t work. I was travelling for work and was kept awake by kids screaming in the pool until 11pm. I would definitely not recommend this hotel if travelling for work. I had to be up at 5:30am. With kids in the hallway and the screeching in the pool I was exhausted Sunday for my seminar. "

"Staff was okay. Checked in and out was quick however property condition was okay. Room carpet was so dirty. Bed mattress was so old and some of them were making squeaky noise and not that firm enough for comfortable sleeping. "
