"Room wasn’t so clean and so cold "

"Clean large room with a comfortable bed. We upgraded to the separate tub and shower room and were not disappointed! The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk lady! Breakfast was large and delicious, with fresh coffee ready before breakfast. I would say the only thing missing is an airport shuttle, other than that an excellent stay💕"

"The pool and gym was shared by adjoined Four Points hotel and yet it wasn't that busy and the pool and gym are well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating 👏"

"The room itself was fine for a mid-range hotel. However, my experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. At check-in, I was alone with two toddlers and luggage, trying to get them into the elevator. Multiple staff members stood at the desk watching as I struggled. No one offered to help. The elevator nearly left with my luggage before I could get everything inside. That lack of basic hospitality set the tone for the stay. I also had two back-to-back bookings. I was initially told I would need to fully check out and check back in, which felt unnecessarily rigid. Even after that was adjusted, I was still required to pay a separate deposit for each booking, even though I stayed in the same hotel continuously. The approach felt inflexible and lacking in empathy. The complimentary breakfast added to the frustration. Because managing breakfast downstairs with two toddlers was chaotic, I often woke up early to quickly take a plate back to the room. Each time, I had to over-explain why I needed to bring paper plates upstairs, which again felt unnecessarily rigid and lacking in basic understanding. Because of the overall experience, I chose to check out a day early. The rooms may be acceptable for the price point, but the service made this a very disappointing stay."
