"We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. "Inside and around the bed was swarming with tiny insects. I had to wait until the next day to change room. When reported to reception no apology for the inconvenience. Customer service was minimal. Not what I would expect for a 4 star resort."

"The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather."
