From start to finish, we simply had the best time ever. What amazing, happy and helpful staff, absolutely nothing was a problem. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and hopefully we will return one day.

Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites. From the moment of arrival, we were seamless looked after from parking our car, taking our luggages to our room, and toured the resort facilities by the check in team.
