It was difficult for my mom to get in and out of the bathtub although the number of bathtub safety grab bars were appreciated. Water was tepid and never got hot and handheld shower head had no pressure Positive side room was very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable and surrounding rooms were quiet. Our grandson enjoyed his workout in the gym. "
