I brought my cat last minute and wasn’t sure if I was going to when I booked so all I saw was pet friendly. She asked me and I was honest with her because I was willing to pay the fee. I explained to her my reservation was non refundable and she told me Expedia is to handle it and Expedia said it was up to the hotel. Needless to say…I was not refunded at all nor contacted by anyone "
