"The Hotel staff was super friendly and check in was a breeze. Room was super clean, upon checkout we saw the floor maid and she was kind enough to ask how our stay was and she was super friendly as well. Casino was great, plenty of slots to play. Winning was the hardest part. Only down side was the service trying to get a table at 211 Brewing, we reserved a table for 5 and was told we would get a text in an hour. "Due to travel circumstances, we arrived at the hotel early, the two desk clerks bent over backward to get our room ready (we hadn't slept for over 20 hours!) directed us to the wonderful breakfast buffet and called when they had the room ready! We have used Best Western while traveling all over the country and always get this kind of service! Love them!"

"The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking lot is on the smaller side so if you have a large vehicle it might be difficult to park. The address they have you checking in at in the app is not correct. The hotel has spoken with Expedia about it but Expedia has not changed it yet. Quiet little spot that is hidden but close to everything."
