"Booked for 5, not enough beds, had to ho buy a bed. Sticky floor, not enough towels, dirty, staff on phones too busy to respond. TOO many more things to list. Don’t book!!!! Really bad experience!!!!"

"Wells sized room that was clean and tidy. Shower never really got hot and they have automatic lights on a timer in the bathroom that was frustrating. Breakfast was bland and a bit underwhelming compared to many other hotel chains that we’ve stayed at. Overall I’d rate it 4 out of 5 and would certainly stay again if I ever need a nice clean and quiet place to stay."

"The hotel was decent, but a little overpriced, the hot water did not work, and the hotel seemed a little shabby. I paid $135 but it wasn’t worth a nickel over $79. "

"I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The manager here does not take the time to talk to his employees to find out what has been going on before he gets there. This man treated me like a thief. This man treated me like a liar, then proceeded to threaten me by calling the police because he said I was trying not to leave when that was not the case. . A few hours prior to his arrival I had asked the front desk for a late checkout so I could put myself together and then go downstairs to pay for us to stay another night.. my family and I are in the middle of turmoil. We have a loved one that we just put on hospice so this night we were not expecting to stay anywhere, but we found a room here and I regret every moment of it the lack of consideration and empathy. from their manager will not go on punished.. I have been in customer service in hospitality for 20 years and I never ever would treat someone this way. I do expect some sort of compensation for this and I am demanding for refund for my stay here"
