"Nice job on the recent upgrade to the facility offered plenty of pool and beach chairs, decent food for an A/I but my steak at their specialty restaurant was like chewing shoe leather, good gym and wonderful beach. Seemed about 15-20% of patrons were families. Large property with lots of walking. Overall the nearby RIU Vallarta at the same price is a nicer resort. And if you can spend more and want an adult only option the nearby RIU Palace Pacifico has better food and better service."

"This hotel is beautiful and the New Year's Eve party was fun. We probably would not choose an All-Inclusive property again because the drinks tasted like they were 'cutting corners' (using saccharin instead of sugar) and the food felt a bit 'mass produced' as well. Beautiful pool and clean property though.....and right on the beach."

"The hotel is a little older but well maintained. Every room has a partial ocean view and it is a beautiful view! Its about an hour drive from the airport but well worth it. The area is private and quiet. Its right by the jungle and all the excursions are a short walk, bus, or boat ride away."

"Our room was 1013 overlooking a next property parking lot. But, remember, we booked with Expedia. If we'd wanted a different room we could had paid bit more so we aren't unhappy"

"This hotel is very good overall, You can't beat the value. I have stayed here a few times. Great location. There are a few minor items, the towels use to be white, they are very tight with bottle water, the coffee at the restaurant needs to improvement, Overall I do recommend it and will definitely come back."
