"Overall, the stay was satisfactory for a brief trip. Its proximity to the freeway is a convenient aspect. However, the beds were notably firm, comparable to sleeping on a hard surface. The shower water temperature was not very warm, leaning more towards room temperature. Additionally, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door rather assertively at 9:20 in the morning to inquire about check-out."

"All The staff were very pleasant to work with. I encountered many of the staff and it is rare that all the staff seemed to be happy which shows me management is taking care of them. Quiet clean spacious room. Excellent breakfast and hotel is right next to a nice steak restaurant. Would stay here again. "

"We only stayed 1 night. The price was very reasonable and our room was clean. The desk staff greeted us with a smile and was very fast at getting us checked in. The breakfast was wonderful. We would stay here again."

"Fairly decent place. The room was clean. The room was nice to stay in however, we still got hints of cigarette smoke in our room and it's pretty unbearable for non-smokers when you first walk into the hotel.. however, we understand it is a casino. It's no fault to the casino but I wish there was a casino for non-smokers. We did not enjoy the delicious food in the restaurant because there was so much cigarette smoke."

"First, we were given a room the hadn't been cleaned yet. The front desk gave us a different room There was something splashed on the was in the bathroom wall and on the back on the door. Then there was 1 wash cloth, I had to go ask for more towels and wash cloths before we could shower. On the second day when we arrived back at the hotel, they hadn't picked our dirty towels an wash cloths so I went to the front desk again and asked for more towels and wash cloths. She said that they don't clean the rooms or replace towels everyday. To top all of that some hippie dude was mad because someone's kids must have dink dong ditched his room and he went after the kids. The kids dad stepped, and was trying to be as polite as possible telling him to step away but this hippie guy was ridiculous!!! Then the cops got called and the hippie guy was asked to leave and escorted off of the property. I don't think that we will stay again, it was a little bit on the run down side of life."
