The room was very clean. The flooring in the traffic areas was worn but the bathroom and cleanliness if the room was great. The staff members were very nice😊

Overall a great place to stay. Had a good hot breakfast, clean areas, courteous people. Only two tiny gripes. For a non-smoking property, they have a lot of people who smoke right outside the doors (even blocking the doors). Also, several guests decided they would make as much noise as they possibly could. That's not the fault of the staff, but it's worth mentioning.

This is a great location and it it preferred by our staff when they are in Redding. Breakfast is good and there are many dining options in the area. It is not the newest hotel but it is well maintained.
