"Excellent location within walking distance from downtown and literally across the street from the express bus from airport. Hotel was very clean and the staff were super helpful. Area felt safe to walk around and it was quiet enough for sleeping. Would have liked a kettle for the room, but other than that, it was all good."

"Our room one of the sinks didn’t work? The elevators were broken besides 1 elevator for everyone in the hotel. Prices are not all included with the final price on here expect to pay at 27.00 resort fee for every night you stay on top of your 100.00 deposit. Mobile check-in was down and the valet machine wasn’t working right. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was nice but they gotta get some things fixed up"

"This was a very clean and beautiful hotel. Everyone working valet, bartender, and front desk staff was SO amazing. So friendly and welcoming, besides I believe her name was Joanne, which is pretty telling if I am explaining to staff an incident that happened with this person and they knew exactly whom I was talking about…yikes. I vape and my boyfriend and I had just checked in and put all of our stuff in the hotel room and we were walking out, I did have my vape in my hand and I know for a fact I did not hit my vape on our way out and “Joanne” yells from down the hall at me “there’s no vaping!” and I showed her the vape and said I was just holding it and she gives me a rude smirk and says “I can smell it”…okay well did you see it? Did you see smoke around me because if you could “smell it” then you would see it too. I had just sprayed body spray before walking out of our room mind you. It’s crazy for a staff member, who she looked like she was in a higher position in the hotel and was giving a tour, to so rudely and SO unprofessionally accuse a guest of something making them uncomfortable and embarrassing them without actually seeing it. She could have easily respectfully walked up to me to say something or ask. So basically she was terrible and that’s wild she would behave so poorly. I am respectful and knew the no vaping rules and standard and I follow those rules so for her to blatantly accuse a guest of something they didn’t so other than her everything was great."
