"Hardwood furniture was in rough shape. Cabinet pulls were loose on built ins. Bed was comfy. The room felt stark. No art work on any walls. 😕"

"The bed in our room was absolutely disgusting. It looks like there was either mold or bedbug poop all over. So they moved us to a second room and that second room was even worse. The bed was covered in all kinds of fun stuff, including food and blood. They refused to refund us. They instead sent a housekeeper who was carrying a pile of balled up sheets and was coughing all over them. He then took the dirty bedsheets off and put them on top of the clean sheets prior to putting them on the bed. At that point we gave back the key card in and left. We are currently figuring out how to get refunded since hotels.com isn’t helping"

"Was charged extra for a late check out after checking in at 9pm then count sleep all night due to guests being loud in hallway and rooms nearby. I was placed on the order floor. "

"Not much going on. Very few amenities. Gym, laundry, breakfast. That's about it. but it's clean, quiet, staff is helpful & price is right for what it is. If you need a place to crash for a night or for the weekend. This is my to go place when I'm in Bethlehem. "
