"I was traveling with my son on a college visit, the room was clean, the customer service was terrible, my card was charged twice for the room and when I notified the young lady at the front desk she was very rude, she had a attitude with me and it was my card that was charged twice, no management at the property to get it resolved, I had to insist she call management, terrible experience the rest of my stay the lady at from desk she kept rolling her eyes and staring me down, I definitely will never go back to this hotel, terrible experience, very disappointed, poor customer service! "This is an old hotel and needs updating. Communication needs a lot of improvement. I booked this hotel on expedia. The did not mention that the room I booked was not in the hotel building but instead was a motel room. I would not have booked it if I had known. When I asked for a room inside, they said they were full. In addition, the room had an odor. It seemed like cigarette smoke but might have been something else. The sheets were worn and yellowed in spots. I called the front desk to tell them the room smelled like cigarettes smoke and my eyes were burning from it. They said that was not possible because all of their rooms are non smoking. No alternatives were offered. I will not stay here again."
