Very attentive, polite, friendly staff here. Very nice place to stay they put out a tremendous breakfast buffet for the KU graduation on Sunday the 18th. Everything was absolutely delicious! Midwestern hospitality off the charts here so nice!

Tidy room, decent breakfast. There for a conference. Not sure if I would pay for breakfast there otherwise when there are so many independent and interesting breakfast places in Lawrence. However, the Cold Brew martini at the bar as a nightcap was exceptional!!

This hotel was conveniently located to KU and offered plenty of parking and an onsite restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean as were the lobby and pool areas. It's probably time for a refresh of the property to give it a more modern look and amenities.

The hotel is very well maintained. The beds are super comfy. The staff is very friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning staff , everyone is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay here again.
