Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Ottawa Downtown for two nights. The location is excellent—very central and close to major attractions, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit, which really added to the overall experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hotel had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value for a downtown hotel. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again on my next visit to Ottawa.

Everything closes early in Ottawa but there are several shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to storing my luggage while I was in meetings before my flight. The room was wonderful, the bed was so comfy. Incredibly clean and well laid out, they had amazing shower products. Only downside to the room was there weren’t any drawers to unpack my suitcase and they don’t have those folding suitcase racks so I had to leave my suitcase on the floor. The hotel restaurant was amazing, would definitely stay there again.
