I was there 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. I received clean towels once during my entire stay. Not impressed.

Fairmont Chateau Laurier
This is the best hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, nice room, delicious breakfast, all in an historic building that is well kept. Highly recommended. Best location too, you couldn't get more central.
