Room spacious, modern and very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Big, comfortable bed. Lovely jacuzzi, relaxing after busy day. Staff very helpful and friendly. All together very enjoyable stay.

Excellent facilities and a quiet location

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. The room was big and very comfortable. It also had a washing machine and tumble dryer which was great for us as we had been travelling around the South Island for a week and had a caseful of dirty clothes! Highly recommended.

Easy parking on site and the staff were super helpful. Clean room with added bonus of a night light in the bathroom. Also great having a restaurant and a cafe so close.

My son and I had a great stay here. Staff very helpful and friendly at this clean establishment.

What a great find in a lovely city . We had 2 very comfortable nights here . Everything was prefect and they couldn’t have made us more welcome or tried to help us with suggestions on where to go and see the sites . Would100% recommend

Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms comfortable and clean

Lovely room, lovely lady on reception, very quiet and 15 mins walk to the city centre

It is a great motel very close to the city centre. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. I will highly recommend this motel.

Friendly, helpful owners. The location is ideal for central Dunedin and the room was well-equipped and spotless.

Good stay with terrific staff very friendly and approachable

Really nice apartment which was very clean and well equipped. Helpful staff. Free on site laundry. Very close to Botanical gardens, good local shops & cafes and short drive into town centre.

Friendly, efficient, greeting. Apartment was spacious, with separate bedroom, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Good location within easy walking distance of the city centre. Excellent value. We hope all our accommodation is as good as we travel round South Island.

Exactly as described , very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The lady that checked us in was very sweet.

Great location, clean and good value

Quick easy checkin in a lovely location Very helpful on reception and pointed me quickly in the right directions Room was great Clean area, easy parking and a very comfy bed Good shower Nothing to complain about here

Convenient place to stay for central Dunedin and the University of Otago. 24-hour shop across the road was an asset too. The only significant challenge I had was getting my room cleaned at times that suited me. Otherwise, a good place.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on Dunedin

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really lovely owners who provided a warm welcome and were very accommodating when our plans had to change last minute due to flight cancellations. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a play park which was perfect for a family with young children. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Dog friendly, nice staff, good room
