I liked the property because it was central and close to amenities. Only downfall was the cleanliness. Cleaners should do deep cleaning. Excellent location, quite, excellent staff (Joanne & Duncan ) and spacious room. Hotel was easy to find and having our laundry washed and dried for NZ$10 was a bonus. Excellent stay and service was outstanding.

Woodlands Motels and Apartments
The staff were extremely helpful. The unit had everything that was needed and the kitchen had all the facilities needed. Annoyingly I could not find an oven glove to use the oven. As has been stated the rooms are in a desperate need of updating. Very busy motel but parking was adequate.
