Friendly and accommodating at the front desk. Very helpful in letting us know where certain places were and recommends for places to eat Comfortable bed,clean and quiet.

Suis déçue de la propreté de notre chambre et du bruit causer par l ascenseur je n ai pris que 2 seule photo que je met en mm temps mon mari a retrouver des poils parterre la porte de la salle de bain etait puante tache sur le mur , un petit frigo aurais été bien dans la chambre vus la chaleur. L accueil etait nikel

Le personnel très sympathique de la réception au personnel de chambre au déjeuner buffet tous d une gentillesse exceptionnelle. La chambre tres bien ,à quelques mètres de la Mer et du centre. Franchement je recommande vivement

Sejour convenable dommage de devoir utiliser le parking public car relativement cher pour une nuit et la qualité de la literie pourrait être meilleure. Sinon très bien situé et accepte les chiens, très propre également.

Centraal gelegen hotel met alle nodige comfort

De éénpersoonskamer is groter dan gemiddeld. Ruime badkamer, twijfelaar, bureautafel, goede Wifi. De ruimte om je bagage tijdelijk te stallen is iets minder veilig. Elke gast krijgt de toegangscode tot het lokaal, waardoor je erop moet vertrouwen dat niemand slechte bedoelingen heeft. Van het ontbijt heb ik geen gebruik gemaakt. Het hotel is centraal gelegen, schuin tegenover het casino. Daardoor de ideale uitvalsbasis. Een hotel om te onthouden.

Centraal gelegen en het was proper. Het ontbijt zouden wij de volgende keer willen overslaan, je moet reserveren , ofwel van 7.30 tot 8.30 of van 8.30 tot 8.45 of van 9 tot 9.45 Dus echt wel op je tijd letten en dat is vooraf soms niet zo makkelijk... Het TV scherm was redelijk klein. Maar we moeten natuurlijk prijs-kwaliteit vergelijken en dan is het wel goed oké...

War een tegenvaller

De foto’s zagen er mooi uit op de site. Bij aankomst is er geen plek in de parkeergarage. Inchecken kan vanaf 15.00 maar bij aankomst bij de kamer om 15.45 is deze nog niet klasr. De kamer die we hadden viel dus erg tegen. Zachte bedden met hoge stukken beton als kussen. Geen airco dus het raam open waardoor het inregende. Het geluid van de straat houd laat in de nacht pas op. Dit was niet een auto af en toe maar schreeuwende mensen en auto’s die flink gas geven en de uitlaat knalt. Als het op straat even stil wordt beginnen de dronken gasten in een aangrenzende kamer die net terug komen. Zittend douchen in bad is ook niet mijn ding.

Receptie vriendelijk, ontbijt ok, ligging heel centraal. Nadeel : overal tapis plein terwijl honden toegelaten (niet hygiënisch), slaapkamer véél te warm (vooral 'snachts), badkamer verouderd, geen douchegordijn, geen stopcontact.

Génial comme toujours

Super comme toujours super ambiance, dans la rue, restaurant apéro fisch palace , bravo pour les crustacés, le resto mexicain El Mariatchi, le bloue ,bouddha, le manuscrit, les incontournables de la station balnéaire Ostende,le casino juste en face de l’hôtel séjour excellent pour un couple agréable aussi agréable les magasins juste à proximité de l’hôtel .le marché locale le jeudi à ne pas manquer
