What a fabulous hidden treasure this hotel is!! Everything was immaculate and there were loads of extra finishing touches that made it well worth the price. Everyone was so friendly and the hotel is perfectly positioned for all the best shops and restaurants within easy strolling distance. A New Year's Eve celebration and stay to remember and I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

This hotel is so good, you should actually change your travel dates to make sure you can stay here. It’s a perfect boutique hotel in the old town of Ljubljana with only 15 rooms. The breakfast is incredible, take your time, do not miss out because you want a quick grab and go, it’s an experience worth the visit and the time. The location is perfect along the river, and walking distance to everything. Also they sort out parking for you so no need to worry.

The hotel is a lovely modern one that has been refurbished to a high level in the recent past. The Reception area is small but that cannot be said of the rooms that are large and boast wonderful modern bathrooms. The staff were friendly and very helpful with tips on where to eat and what to see in the city and for me made this hotel even more special. Beautiful apartment right by the river so close to everything. Only thing to be aware of is that the steps to the bed above the door are quite steep but I found it fine.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town. We had a huge, extremely comfortable attic room with a view across the rooftops. Nice big bathroom and quality toiletries. Staff were super helpful. Excellent restaurant recommendations.. Breakfast delicious. Coffee and cakes available complimentary in the lounge all day.

Just was fantastic. Comms were superb. The location utterly perfect. We’ve vowed not to revisit places because the world is vast. Ljubljana might change our mind and I worked stay anywhere else other than Codelli. Loved it.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist allowed us to check in early and we were offered, and accepted, a welcome drink. Dating from 1683 the hotel has real old-world charm and makes a very pleasant change from the modern 'box with a bed' approach. The location is perfect for the old part of the city while remaining quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the City, so you step out and you are right where you need to be. There are heaps of restaurants and bars to choose from, or you can stay at the Vander Urbani for dinner and drinks, both of which are fantastic. Stayed at this small hotel for a week recently. It’s like the pictures, newly renovated and my room equipped with a small kitchen so that I could cook at times. Ljubljana is a very small town. The location of the hotel is on the edge if the town center but everything is within 10-15min walk. Shuttle bus from the airport is about 30min. Staff are very friendly here and toiletries are adequate. The only thing that I would complain is the WiFi. The network is so bad that I got disconnected everyday...

A really lovely place to stay - it had very friendly, helpful staff and a clear personal touch in the decoration with a fairy tale theme throughout (even the toilet paper had roses on it!). Easy walking distance to the city centre and a good breakfast provided. We loved the hob and fridge-freezer in our room which saved us eating out every night. It was hot while we were in Ljubljana and it was great to have the balcony on our triple room and the shaded terrace outside too. Highly recommend.
