"Everything went well, a little confusing during the check in process, the staff make you do it yourself and it can be a little confusing, but the staff help me. The hotel has a good ubication, sheps are nearby. The only thing that I didn´t like personally was the bed, to me was a little bit stiff and the pillow was super stiff. But overall I rate this hotel 9/10. "

"We would stay at the same hotel for the future trip. It has its hidden beauty and modern. It locates in Namba area. Namba area is one of the Osaka major touist hub for everything. We use Namba as a point of reference for navigation. Highly recommended it."

"The description for the room states that there is a washer dryer in the room. That is not correct. There is a laundry ROOM on the 11th floor with 3 washers and 3 dryers. I specifically chose this hotel for a washer/dryer in the room. Also there is a microwave in the laundry room. It seemed a lot of people used the microwave to heat up their food. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. There is an electric kettle in the room that was useful to make coffee. My feedback about housekeeping is mixed. It's great that you can get a fresh set of towels every day, but they are the thinnest towels you can imagine. Towels are left on the door but not exchanged. Room clean is every other day. That was clearly stated at check in. However, it's the minimal of cleaning. I happened to drop something under the bed and used a flashlight to see. There was a thick layer of dust underneath. The hotel's location is amazing. There are shops and restaurants across the street. There's a Family Mart next door. Staff was understanding about our wanting the room to be cool. They kept adjusting the temperature for us. That's mostly because the remote in the room didn't do anything. "

"If you're looking to be right in the middle of the action, the location is perfect. Under a covered shopping area and minutes from Dotonbori with a convenient Lawsons next door. They have a strict no early checkin policy, so plan to wait if you arrive earlier than 3pm. I'm sure at one point the rooms were immaculate and this was a beautiful establishment - but the age is starting to show. Our room was dingy - from the old stains on the carpet to the fading of the mirror in the bathroom. But the staff was nice and it's very convenient to Namba train station - so you balance out what's most important to you. "

"The location is excellent. Dontonbori is just just around the corner 5min walk, aeon food supermarket is 1minn walk. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast was great. Rooftop onsen is a beautiful place after a busy visit during the day. Staffs are very friendly. The only thing that may not be perfect is laundry, which costs 1700yen to wash and dry. However, at least they have the facilities "

"Room was nice, spacious, and clean. The view was great. We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."

"Overall a great stay. Besides the lobby smelling like cigarettes I’m sure it could be a smoking optional hotel. The lobby is completely self check in and self checkout. The breakfast buffet was great, huge selection of food and drinks. Would highly recommend booking the breakfast when staying totally worth it! Location was convenient for transportation and tourist attractions! Good price."
