"Wish I could give more stars! Midway through a long Europe trip, it was nice to have two full bedrooms in the “Adventure Lodge” bungalows. It also has an extra half bathroom, which isn’t in the description. The room is very clean, the beds comfortable, A/C works great, and the water pressure is the best we’ve come across. But most impressive were the outstanding staff. At check-in, two employees were very helpful. On our second day, we had questions and a request. The woman working at the front desk (I think Melani) was amazing. She provided solutions before I even asked and advised us how to get to our destination after our transportation plans fell through and we didn’t have a backup plan. I’m a frequent traveler and can’t recall a time I’ve ever received such great service. Highly recommend this hotel."
