Lovely hotel perfectly placed for a short walk to Albert park. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, the amenities were considered and useful and the shower was excellent. The bed was huge and comfortable and we only wish we could have stayed a few extra nights. The coffee in the lobby was excellent, we would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely, clean and well presented aparthotel with friendly and attentive team. Communication was great, the room was spacious and well presented with modern kitchen and bathroom. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Will highly recommend it to friends and family.

We had a 1 bed apartment, it had a very good sized lounge area, plenty of storage space in the bedroom, and a well equipped kitchen. We were not flying until late and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and organised a later check out and luggage storage. We have stayed in Brighton before at a different apartment, but would happily stay here again, and recommend it.

This is a modern serviced apartment complex, well located in abbotsford with convenient access to the city, richmond and the south east suburbs. My apartment was clean and modern. Would recommend

I stayed for 9 nights and have to say, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world. Absolutely perfect in every way. I slept like a baby every night. Just wonderful.

I selected this venue for a bit more luxury and it was a lovely apartment. They did daily cleans but that was all. Came with a bathroom, bedroom (double bed), living room and a connected kitchen and dining space. The armchairs is the star of the apartment with the netflix TV. Kitchen was very small and would say not for more than 1 person at a time. Also came with a washing machine but no dryer. My bed sheets, I had to question if they were new sheets or pillow cases. I only say this due...

A high quality Hotel, would definitely stay here again. Exceptional cleanliness, comfortable King Size bed, lovely room, helpful staff in a quiet location with parkland nearby and the sound of Cockatoos outside. The tram stop immediately opposite gave easy access into the city and the on site restaurant and bar were very welcome after a busy day. With heavy luggage a lift to all floors made for easy access.

Great studio room in great hotel. Location ideal for city centre and beach. St Kilda Road a nice safe area with regular trams to various locations.

The management and staff couldn’t be more helpful. I stayed for over 3 weeks and enjoyed great facilities in a great location. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Loved this place- great close location to Prahran market, lovely shopping and bars. The room had everything we needed and more and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
