Booked a 2 bedroom villa Golf-water view. We had neither Golf or water view. I thought it was an error that would be corrected by the staff. When I contacted them this was the response I received, “ It is designated as a water view however we have been informed that the water view may be obstructed. We apologize however we are fully committed with other 2 bedroom villas this week.” Nothing further from the staff. Poor handling and no attempt to rectify the situation.

Caribbean in Orlando, an amazing vacation without the hassle of flying down to Caribbean. Clean, luxurious and modern. They need more staff. Would elevate this place if they had people bringing people drinks around the water. The lagoon needs lights on at night and I think it would make people hang out around the evening and would therefore make more business around then too. They should also increase the swim zones as there is ample space for the kayaks and paddle boards still. Overall recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

The pool/lake is awesome- We stayed in a two bedroom golf villa. Great location 1599 but people always parked in our spot midafternoon. Very easy to get to Disney Parks! Paddle Boards/ Slide / Driving Range/ Rope swing - super fun!! Would love to go again and golf 18 holes and stay in the new flats
