The day wearrived they made us wait until almost 5:00pm to check us in. I took the key and left without going to my room because I was running late to dinner with my husband. Came back at 1am Room was filthy. At that time we slept on the bed that looked the least dirty; next morning I talked to front desk agent whom wrote down something on a piece of paper and ensured she will make sure room was cleaned. We came back at midnight, to same filthy room all they did was putting the sheets back on the bed.
When I say filthy I’m talking about urine in bathroom, pubic hairs in bathroom floor, greasy bathtub, sink with toothpaste splash from previous guest, mirrors weren’t wiped in probably months, edges of carpet have a pile of dirt at this point, all floors had wrappings and crumbs, dirty refrigerator, stinky shower curtain, dusty counters, dirty wrinkled sheets, dirty bedspread, stinky carpet, etc I’m just mentioning the worse.
Sat at midnight parking lot was full. We parked by the sidewalk. Someone from the front desk calls our room and says “HEY I KNOW YOU WANNA PARK CLOSE TO YOUR ROOM BUT IF THAT CAR US STILL THERE IN THE MORNING IT WILL BE TOWED” no customer service at all.
The shuttle to the parks! We were supposed to leave in the 9:15am shuttle, we left at 9:45am on our own vehicle and pay parking because shuttle wouldn’t show up.
At check out GM Arturo said there’s nothing he can do because he didn’t know about it in advance. He refused to give me his email or #.
