The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Pools are clean and well kept. Excellent location with the entrance to the beach directly from the pool area. Nice shallow areas at the beach for snorkeling.

I would not stay here. The parking is extremely confusing. The front desk never mentioned to bring them your parking ticket so they can give you a discount off of the daily parking fee. Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable! Love that the pool + hot tubs were well maintained. The restaurant staff was always pleasant and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back someday!
