Helpful staff, clean room and good restaurant for breakfast.

Comfortable beds and a lovely big room. Really quiet apart from the room doors which slam extremely loudly!! Breakfast delicious and plentiful - and not a paper plate in sight 😊 Convenient to shops and eateries and an easy drive into Portland.

The hotel is dated and a bit musty but clean and comfortable. The staff are great. Would stay again

Had a great stay staff very warm and friendly ,nothing to much trouble always willing to help,room nice and large, bed very comfy I usually complain about hotel beds either too soft or hard but this one was spot on brill nights sleep every night,breakfast was basic but ok not a massive choice ,overall a really enjoyable stay and would stay there again

Everything's great about this hotel- location, rooms, roof terrace, staff breakfast..difficult to use the pool at certain times so busy. Lots of parking near by so no need to pay for valet parking.

Lovely breakfast- amazing pancake machine. The place was very fresh and new. Parking was easy, staff were nice and deposit paid back very quickly! Would definitely recommend

Staff were great. Helpful and friendly. Whoever looks after the small garden deserves a bit of praise. Room tidy and clean. Breakfast options good - waffles! Close to downtown Troutdale. Looks like it had its own security as well. Didn’t see anything of concern.

Nice hotel, easy to find, close to a highway. Ample free car parking. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.

The room and staff were lovely but the website has misinformation. It said the pool hours were 12-6 but they were actually 6.30am to 11pm. If I’d known that I could have timed my visit so as not to coincide with the busiest time and all the kids! Room had an interconnecting door and the family the other side were VERY loud til about 11pm making getting to sleep difficult.

This hotel is located just a 5 minute (easy and flat) walk from Mt Hood station, the very first stop on the train from the airport to the city centre (note: they also have a shuttle service). I found the service so convenient that I stayed at this hotel while on a 3-day visit of Portland (the train only takes 30 minutes to Pioneer Square). Staff very friendly, there is a shop by reception with some essentials (soft drinks, beers, wine, snacks, sandwiches, toiletries, aspirin). Good amenities...
