"Room was clean, but very tired, dark and dated. Paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom. Grouting and caulking was dirty or damage around tub. Also, noise travels very easily."

"Didn’t honour reservation, despite confirming with property directly prior to arrival, two hotel rooms with ANTS!!! "

"Ask for a room on the opposite side of the highway. It’s worth the extra bit of money. Kelowna traffic is relentless and all hours. Sound carries in through the room."

"We travel as a family often for our kids sports competitions. This was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels we've stayed at this year. If we have to stay in Kelowna again it will definitely be here."

"This place was not ready to be open. They had nothing in the room, no chairs no proper phone. They don’t even have a duvet cover. They just use two top sheets with the duvet in between there was no hot water all the amenities pool fitness centre are shut down and they didn’t let you know that also I was the only one staying in the whole hotel with one other worker the vibes were horrible. I ended up leaving at 9:30 PM."
