"Hyatt Place in Katy was wonderful!!!! Everything was so clean from the entry way to the room! This is a great place to stay! Definitely a 10 out of 10! "

"Buccees is right across the street and so is a CVS. It's easy to get to and convenient if you're in Katy Mills area. There is coffee in the morning downstairs, I recommend an upper floor though for noise. "

"I loved and enjoyed my stay here. William was amazing through the whole time being there. very respectful and informative, when I needed something he went above and beyond and got it for us instead of telling me to find housekeeping. You can tell he enjoys his job and takes his job serious meaning giving us his amazing customer service. Also thank you to Amira as well she was very nice and welcoming. I definitely will be booking for my birthday and having my crew book as well. everything was perfect i have no complaints because if there was anything you guys addressed it and took care of it right away. Love housekeeping does there job to the fullest they are truly the heart of hotels and don’t get the credit they deserve. so make sure to let them know they are appreciated needed loved and amazing. "

"The staff was very kind. They were super helpful and went out of their way. The breakfast was very well stocked and the staff even helped my youngest get her plate while i was helping my other two. "

"The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. "
