"We had a mall attached to the hotel and a boat service from hotel to private island. This was the highlight of this property. The island had cooling breezes, lots of lounge chairs, good food and drinks but the highlight is the roaming flamingos. The hotel pool was also lovely "

"The room was dirty and musty. The appliances were old and the room was extremely dated. The furniture should be replaced. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting. When we asked for more toilet paper they would only give us one roll because the cleaning people were to come in and clean and give us some - they never did. It is very far away from the beach. You will need a vehicle to get to the beach. The place is under renovation to add a new area. They should look after the old side first. We left to go to a different place before our time was up. Will never return. "

"Absolutely beautiful beach!! Room near beach which was great because there were no public bathrooms. Buffet was not a true buffet you had to wait in line to order your main dish which usually took awhile… not enough entertainment at night and absolutely no entertainment around the pool or beach during the day. Very quiet hotel resort but if you are just looking for R&R this is the place. "

"Manchebo has a beautiful quiet location on Eagle Beach overlooking the warm and calm waters of the Caribbean, but what made it the most memorable we the incredibly friendly staff who provide outstanding hospitality. "Room 2225 needsthe dishwasher replaced. The door doesn’t close properly and it beeps all night. We had to close the door to the bedroom because of this. The fan lights and ceiling fan will turn on randomly. At first I thought we were being haunted but I think it’s because the remote from the room above us would control our fan too. The rooms were dated but they were clean. The staff in certain areas weren’t very attentive but I guess it’s island time. You couldn’t see the beach from our room but it’s right across the street from the resort. One of the best places to nap was above Coffee corner, there’s a balcony up there. The pools were adequate. The only complaint is there isn’t much to do on the resort after dinner. We had the all inclusive package which was nice but the restaurants all seemed to have the same type of food. Even though some things were slightly different, the flavors were the same. They need an Asian restaurant. I actually think their portions are too big. They should probably lower the price and lessen the portions. There just too much wasted food. "

"The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach itself it’s not very clean. People use it as a giant ashtray. Cruise ship people usually leave all the garbage behind. Now let’s get back to the rooms at voco! I checked in on a Friday!!!! huge mistake!!! the locals are all hanging out at the bar across the street, revving their cars and motorcycles for the majority of the night! This happened Friday, Saturday up until Sunday very late at night impossible to sleep. Another thing that was very unnerving to me although hotel is immaculately clean my room smell like there was a deceptive tank in it. I suggest you do not get rooms on the outskirts of the hotel. Better off on The inside by pool area! The smell in the room was horrendous!!! I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew it fall on deaf ears! The rest of staff was friendly pretty much. The one that was the best in instructing you and talking to you very charismatic was the little waitress Yuru she was an absolute doll, a great waitress, and just a beautiful person!!!"
