"We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. "Our stay was okay. The entire check-in process was crazy. The amount of time we had to verify ourselves was a little much. There are no amenities like laundry detergent, dish soap or anything to wash dishes with. We each had one body towel for the entire stay, extra towels would have been so nice. There are also zero extra blankets. It was cold and the bedding was thin. We could have used a throw blanket or extra blankets to cover up with. We froze at night. Front shades were broken so we...
