"Air conditioner was noisy and really didn’t cool room down . Water cooler bottle was empty , asked girl behind desk said she didn’t know anything about it , gave me 2 small bottles of water . Checked out bottles of water she gave me charged me $3.50 for ."

"The room smell bad like mildew, roaches on the walls and in the night tables. I also found roaches in the bathroom. I decided not to eat anything that was provided in the Inn. I the floor plans were lifted from the floor. Every time I walked I felt the floor planks move up and down. Parking was excellent. Staff were somewhat welcoming. I would not rebook or stay a night at the Blue Spring Inn in Orange City Florida. "

"They won't give what you reserve. I made reservations a month before for a king room and everything said I was getting a king room even my check in online when I stopped to get my keys there's no king rooms. They won't give me a discount cause they gave my room away. The breakfast was sparse. The room was dark and scary with mold and a cracked sink"

"I’m not sure when the pictures of this place were taken, but it wasn’t recently. The property is very run down. Our room reeked of marijuana. There were a lot of sketchy individuals wandering around and hanging out in the parking lot. The people above sounded like they were remodeling the hotel throughout the night, and at one point, around 1am, A child in the same room screamed bloody murder for the better part of an hour. There was never anyone at the front desk to talk to about anything, and no one answered if you called. We were so uncomfortable with the activity and premises that we checked out a day early. We were not refunded for the day we didn’t stay. Spend a little more money and go somewhere safe. "

"Check in was ok . The roos was clean. It’s an old building. Breakfast was really the deal breaker It is so bad and they have audacity to cut it out early or just stop replenishing. Daytime employee is always missing"

"Good breakfast menu. Coffee/tea 24 hours - nice! Easy parking. My only concern was that the side door didn't shut properly and that is a security risk. Side doors should close and lock or if left open/ajar, the front desk clerks should know about it and close them."

"Everything was great and just as described. Except I couldn’t get more than lukewarm water out of the shower and the pillows are not made for side sleepers."
