"Nice location. Easy access to most of the sights. Hotel is clean and well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights - first day staff was super nice and helpful but on the second day, staff was very awkward and would just stare at us as we left. No thank you or offer to help with the luggages, not even a smile. We would stay here for the convenience but don’t expect exceptional welcome or service."

"First let me say the service was not just excellent, it was extraordinary. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay “perfect”. I want to compliment Lea and Irena who were amazing. Now having said that, the tv navigation is not user friendly and this is coming from someone who travels quite a bit. I have never had so much difficulty operating a remote. I think they should have instructions printed and placed in the room. I ended up being moved to another room which they did because I wanted to make sure I had a room with the TV that worked since the first room the TV not only did not work, but there was also no hot water. In the end, I had a room with hot water and an operational TV, which was nice. They did end up having to shut off the water for the entire hotel the day I was leaving so that the technicians could deal with whatever the problem was. They mentioned some sort of safety concerns, but I didn’t completely follow the explanation. The hotel is in a great location with like I said extraordinary service. If I go back, I would want to make sure that the plumbing issues have been resolved. I am sure that that might’ve already been done by the time this review gets posted."

"The room was basic, clean, quiet with a kettle. Towels were changed every day which I was not expecting and not really necessary. Helpful receptionists and they very kindly helped me with my heavy case. Great location! Yards from the Opera House and a few metres away from the Old Port. Would recommend it as good value for money."

"The property was amazing is right in front of the old court there is everything going on right there but you close the windows cause he has a window if you choose to stay enough in front of a room with the front view is amazing. You don’t hear nothing once the windows are closed no matter how loud it’s outside. It’s beautiful. Everything was so nice. People was very nice. Guillermo was an amazing person. Amazing and Nadia an amazing person too. We really appreciate the help. Thank you so much. Will come back soon."
