"The twin room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Amenities were adequte. The staff were excellent at communicating in English, friendly and efficient. This accommodation was also 2 stops away from Umeda, was easy to find, quick and easy to get to and from with trains. Many convenience stores around as well. Highly recommend! "

"The room was really clean, the staff was kind. They had a free to use coffee machine on the first floor which really helped us start our mornings. We slept comfortably in good beds and the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner and a lot of other amenities. The location is great, too, as it's only a few minutes away from Shin-Osaka station. The price was hard to beat as well! Overall, highly recommended."
