The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo

"I walked in the front doors and was transported to 1945. The decor was memorable, the music was appropriate to the era and the customer service was outstanding. My husband and I stayed in a railcar, we were impressed with the size of the roomand the radiant heated floors in the bathroom. Next visit we will try a room in the hotel. Can't wait!"

"Positive- Free of bugs, air conditioner did the job! The tv has the Netflix app for you to login, quiet night! Super close to Ruby falls! Negative- beds too small for two people, bathroom towels dirty , bathroom walls dirty and the floor needed sweeping. The air conditioning made squeaky sounds all night. Limited breakfast options"

"Hotel Clemons is such a cool place! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe is so convenient and has great coffee and breakfast food. The room was amazing and had everything I needed. My favorite part was the living room. It's nice having an area separate from the bedroom to hang out and made it home-y. Only things to note (not complaints just to be aware): pillows do not hold their form and the air conditioning can make it hard to hear the tv."
