"The Villa itself was spacious and decent. All the basic amenities and the green space out front was nice. However, there was a lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom, which is odd given the fact many people come to Okinawa for the beach. "Room was ok, but not in accordance with the price paid. Check-in was long and very poorly managed. The beach is ok, but there is a designated area only, and a designated time of use. 09:00-17:00. Everything seemed to come with a charge and having stayed at similar priced properties in Tokyo and Osaka, it was a let down in service and substance."

"This was the first hotel we stayed in while vacationing on Okinawa. We were very impressed with how well the staff takes care of their guests. When we drove up to the hotel it started to rain. The staff greeted us, took our bags to the reception area. My daughter and I went into the hotel while my husband was instructed to park our car in the parking lot. He was very much surprised to see one of the staff running towards him after parking the car with an umbrella to shield him from the rain. Check-in was seamless, and as an IHG member, the perks that came with our stay were phenomenal.* While the premises had the look of the 80's, it was well-kept and clean. The view of the ocean from the second floor common area was great. The floor to ceiling windows made it a nice place to read a book and enjoy the warmth of the sun. The pool area was well maintained and there were plenty of towels on hand. The beach area was well organized with beach chairs and umbrellas. We didn't try the floating obstacle course. The laundry facilities were coin-operated and the area was kept clean. I'd definitely stay at ANA Intercontinental Manza Beach Resort again and highly recommend it others. *Cooked to order breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Evening Cocktails. All with a light buffet."

"We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!"
