Convenient (41 minutes) to Unadilla Motorcross Park in New Berlin. Parking was great and check in was a breeze. Bed is quite comfortable. Bathroom needs some updating. Microwave and fridge are handy. Overall, room was far better than I expected.

Very clean and up to date amenities. Front desk staff were welcoming and the check in /out process was simple and pleasant. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, & the morning buffet was pleasant with beautiful scenic views.

We had a nice weekend at this Quality Inn. I don't hotel/motel a lot and was surprised housekeeping doesn't come to the room. You have to order things you need and I emptied the waste baskets after asking for bags. Other than that is was a pleasant visit in a good location near anything you need or want nearby.

The person working breakfast took the food away well before the breakfast period ended and then when the front desk girl went and spoke to her about it she had an attitude and complained how people should come get the breakfast earlier and if people are hungry there’s a Dennys down the street. Such unprofessional and bizarre behavior by a staff member. They should provide her with more training for her position. Hope the boss doesn’t find out about this behavior or how she doesn’t do her job right ……. Hopefully this area puts another hotel in the area with better quality staff.

It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The back door was not locked, when I asked if it would be locked I was told “it should be locked but someone may have out a pebble in it”. If that’s a common occurrence, shouldn’t security be put in place to try and prevent/deter people from ‘propping’ the door open?

The room smelled a bit like smoke. Maybe it was the surrounding rooms, but it definitely smelled like smoke, and it's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. There was also popcorn on the floor when got to the room, so they didn't do a great job vacuuming.

The toilet was plugged and we talked to the desk in the morning. When we arrive back in the evening, the toilet was still plugged. They never touched it and we had to change rooms.

The outside of the hotel is very misleading. The outside looks nice and updated, but the interior of the hotel looks very old and run down.
