"The staff are rude and unhelpful. The door to the room was not working properly. The light would go on but the door would not open. We reported this multiple times and all the manager did was reprogram the card total of 6 times. The property is run down and was being worked on poorly during the visit. The pool was drained and not available as advertised. The wallpaper was being painted over so the halls smelled of paint and there were handwritten signs saying we apologize for the wet paint. The room was dirty. The bathtub had black on the bottom and rust. There was no toilet paper holder. The water pressure sucked also. The free breakfast was a joke as you could have cereal or a waffle. The area where the hotel is located is sketchy and wreaked of marijuana. We saw people smoking were right outside the doors also."
