Have stayed here perhaps 20 times on business. Used to stay at Keio Tama Centre but was becoming very tired and over run with tourists. Relatively expensive but you get what you pay for, professional staff speak English, decent breakfast, excellent Tepanyaki, and now the bar stays open until late.

I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!

The hotel was perfect! From the room to the front desk staff. There was one staff member that was so lovely and kind, helping me with the luggage delivery and information needed. The hotel is super well located outside the Wakoshi station. The metro line goes to some main station in Tokyo city, such as Ginza, Ikebukuro. And you have a local vibe as well, instead of staying in a busy area. There's a lot of shops around, such as Uniqlo, supermarkets and restaurants. The room was so clean and...

Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed.

The staff go above and beyond at the Nohga Hotel and were so helpful with any questions and requests. The hotel provides a pack with plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do with their own comment, and will help with booking if you need. The hotel also has its own restaurant and bakery both of which I would strongly recommend (including the breakfast) as well as a rooftop bar. Typical Japanese hotel in terms of size. Breakfast was ok. Hotel immaculate.

All hotel staff are very professional. I couldn't imagine this level of high standard for everything at this cost. Very satisfied.

I stayed in the Grand King Room on the upper floors. Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. Friendly staff and a very nice property, feels welcoming through the lobby and has shopping and cafes at your doorstep. Central too for access to all local attractions.
