"Really loved the Birmingham crown plaza. My daughter and I took my granddaughter to this hotel and we all loved it . Food and drink were excellent and staff were very helpful and polite . I would recommend this hotel"

"Great location being so close to the train station. I was concerned about being on the lowest floor with noise from outside but heard absolutely nothing. I was in a corridor with only 3 other rooms which was great for me being with my toddler as there was less foot traffic outside the room and due to the layout I didn’t have to be as concerned about her being noisy. Complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste at reception were a lifesaver. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. All staff were really friendly and helpful, made me feel very at ease on my first solo trip with my daughter. Lovely touches with water, coke, kitkat and crisps provided. Amazing large shower, super powerful and really nice toiletries. Haven’t stopped in a holiday inn for a long time and I will defini Be back."
