"We got this hotel near airport (less than 10 min drive) because they offered shuttle service and had a nice pool. We needed a hotel between flights as we had a 12 hr layover. The hotel is very pretty with a beautiful pool and great service from the guy that works at the pool. The dinner buffet was excellent! Best buffet ever"

Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again. "
