"From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!"

"Everything was perfect"

"I prepaid for a room for a friend the day before his stay at this hotel through Expedia. When he went to check-in, the hotel staff stated they required a credit card for a deposit if checking-in after 4 pm. The staff refused to honor the reservation because he did not have his credit card with him. Subsequently, the hotel refused to refund any charge although they denied my friend his room. He spent the night at the airport without a bed. I hope you chose to stay elsewhere."

"My daughter and I stayed for two nights. The shuttle was waiting for us once we got off of the airplane, (we didn't have any luggage) so that was a pleasant surprise. Our check-in was fast and the room was very clean and the beds were great. Having breakfast included at this hotel was a perfect way to start the day. The selection was very good and I especially enjoyed the quiche (get there early) with the link sausages. Our driver who took us to the airport was very friendly. This ended our trip in a positive note! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on the fence."

"Front desk staff were super kind and respectful. The room I reserved was the Premium Lagoon room and it had two large beds. The beds were so comfortable and they have drinks available for purchase in the mini fridge in the room. The shower and toilet were very clean too. The view was also very beautiful."

"My sister (Elk Grove) and I (Reno) stayed for 3 nights and were very impressed. The staff were very friendly and prompt - one night (11 pm), there were people yelling outside our door; we called the front desk and it was taken care of in 5 minutes. The location is great. Ice wasn't available on the 3rd floor, but the kitchen provided it. Highly recommend this place!!!"
