"Bella Vista is a small, family run hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest beach (40 mins) but what it offers more than compensates for this.
Eli, Spiros and Melanie are the most welcoming team we have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am sorry not to know the name of the chef, the other breakfast lady and the lovely housekeeper.
The location will provide a very authentic experience of Crete. Literally 5-6 walk to a square full of restaurants and Tavernas which are all excellent. And where...

My son and I didn’t get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. "There were 9 of us in our party with ages ranging from 23 to 65- everyone loved! Nice beach and fantastic food. Staff were friendly and most helpful. Rooms were remodeled and clean. Spa staff excellent as well as the animation team. Taka taka- Greek street food restaurant was unbelievably good! One of the best all inclusive resorts. Minor enhancements I’d recommend include mimosas at breakfast and coffee in dining room for lunch and dinner. "
"Fantastic family stay at Mitsis Laguna. We're a family of 4 and we spent 5 nights at the hotel. The facilities were fantastic and the food incredible. We enjoyed the activities: tennis, ping pong, water polo, darts, evening entertainment and had a really nice time. The only things to potentially improve: (1) the room balcony was small and could only fit 2 people (2) there is one water slide - which is already nice. But having more than one and slightly larger slides would have been even better "
