"We always stay in Conrad HK when we go to HK. The rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet has many options. Our only issue this trip was the check-in. We arrived at 430pm and was informed that one of our rooms was still being checked by Housekeeping. It should be ready in 15minutes. After 30minutes, our room was still not ready. We finally got our room at 530pm. Other than that, our stay was all good. We booked 3 rooms total and requested all rooms to be on the same floor."

Without needing to explain, they got it - this matters a lot to me and is uncommon in the hospitality industry. For this, the property and staff get 5 stars."
