"Upon arrival and walking into the indoor arboretum, you are pleasantly surprised by unexpected grandeur. To me it felt like stepping out on Bourbon Street in "Nawlins'". This same unexpected grandeur was also found in the rooms, being so spacious, the subtle distinction between office, kitchenette, bedroom and bath. A pleasant amenity is the large fridge with freezer. Double doors lead to a nice walk in closet/sink area and separate bath and toilet. The female staff, including housekeeping, were always cheerful, polite and helpful. The overall atmosphere was quiet and comforting. The only con (and minor) was that there was never any butter. I love the belgian waffle makers, but I'm a butter guy and I need it for my waffles and toast. They did have cream cheese and some vegetable oil spread, but that's not butter. Location is also convenient, 5 miles straight up the road to the airport, close to several restaurants and Walmart, easy on / off interstate right down the road, close to the city center, etc. Oh, and the cost was super affordable, another big plus! In conclusion, I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone that's needs lodging. "

"One of the more terrible stays. Property is very run down. Dirty smears on walls. Smells bad. Carpet / floors are uneven. Sofa in room was stained with oil/ dirt on armrests. Shower floor was peeling. "

"I made a reservation through Expedia for a room with two beds, and the day before we were set to arrive I received a message from Hilton that we were booked in a room with two king beds. That was a pleasant surprise, as most hotel rooms with two beds are full or queen. When we arrived at the hotel, I had already checked in online and had a digital key, so we went straight to the room. Turns out they upgraded us to the Executive Suite. It was amazing. It was clean, TONS of room with a separate bedroom for one of the beds. It worked out perfectly since we had two teenage girls with us... lots of space for everyone! We only stayed for the night to attend a concert, so we didn't use any hotel amenities, but the property is nice, easy to find and we had no issues. There are restaurants and other hotels nearby, too. I would definitely stay there again."

"This place had not been cleaned in who know how long. The beds were dirty the floors had not been swept or cleaned. There was food left on the floors. After finding who knows what in the beds we left. I typically do not complain but this place was terrible. Upon leaving we told the front desk about the conditions and they just smiled and said have a nice night. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "
